CANCELLATION POLICY:
Clients may request to cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the session. If canceled less than 24 hours, only a partial refund will be provided. Clients are responsible for contacting us if they encounter any issues during the booking process.


CHILDREN AND GUESTS:
Children are welcome IF BOOKED FOR A SESSION. The number of any additional guests MUST BE LISTED in the intake questionnaire below. We strive to create a peaceful environment and we care about the safety of all guests.

EQUIPMENT & PROPS:
Props are available in each set and you are allowed to move and use them as necessary for your content creation. We do ask that you respect the provided equipment and props, utilize them in a safe manner, and place them as previously staged at the end of your session. DAMAGE TO ANY PROPS OR SET WILL RESULT IN A FEE ADDED TO THE PAID PRICE OF YOUR BOOKING.

You ARE welcome to bring your own gear to the studio, but please be aware that The Room Studio is not liable for any damage done to your equipment, props, or any other items you bring.

FOOD AND DRINKS:
Water is permitted in the studio. Please finish all other food and drinks before entering.

NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR SMOKING:
The atmosphere at our location is non-smoking or drinking. According to our lease, you are not permitted to smoke or drink in the building's front or side. We adhere to the policy of maintaining a drug-free and family-friendly atmosphere. Please be mindful of your time block as smoking breaks are not included in your paid time. If you appear to be impaired by drugs or alcohol, you will be asked to leave the studio for your own safety and the protection of our facility. Please note that if you do not comply, you will be banned from The Room Studio.

WALK-INS:
The Room Studio does not allow walk-ins. Please refer to the scheduling page to book your session.

IF YOU SURPASS THE TIME OF YOUR SESSION BEYOND 15 MINUTES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $20 FEE TO THE PRICE OF YOUR BOOKING.


YOU MUST BE 21+ TO BOOK A SESSION. CERTAIN CONTENT OF THE SETS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.

ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT DURING THE ENTIRE SESSION.

IF ANY REGULATIONS OF THIS POLICY ARE VIOLATED AND/OR FALSE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL FEE AND/OR UNABLE TO BOOK ANY FURTHER SESSIONS AT THE ROOM STUDIO.

THE ROOM STUDIO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL OR MEDICAL INJURIES.

WHEN YOU BOOK A SESSION YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE STATEMENTS ABOVE.
